I was just asked if it's possible to view the film outside the US - and I think that is the case. THESE BUTTONS DO NOT WORK IN GOOGLE CHROME. So let's begin there - Mozilla, Microsoft, Safari - all of these will work, but not Chrome.
There are two methods: Follow the link to paypal.com to purchase the film for $5 - that page asks for you to sign in, or AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE is an option to pay for the film without signing in - ("DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?" LINK) and when you click on that link, it should allow you to use a debit or credit card from whatever country you are in to purchase the film.
Once purchased, that takes you to a page where the film resides, and is viewable on any computer on the planet - it doesn't have to be NTSC or PAL or any other local protocol.

The other method, if this doesn't work, is to make a $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency to me at PayPal.com - you don't need an account, follow the link to Donate, use the link at the bottom of the page to use your local currency or credit card, use my email RICHMARTINI@YAHOO.COM and once the transaction is complete, it will take you to a page where you can view the film from anywhere in the world.
